Anywho, back to the cupcakes that actually came out right.
Reeses Fluffernutter Cupcakes

Makes 24 cupcakes.
For the Peanut Butter Cupcakes
1 white cake mix
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/3 c. sour cream
24 reeses peanut butter cups
For the Marshmallow Butter Cream
1 c. butter
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1. Preheat oven to 350. 
2. In
 a mixing bowl combine water, oil, and eggs.  Add the dry cake mix and 
beat for 1 minute on low.  Add the peanut butter and sour cream and beat
 on medium for 2 more minutes. 
3.  Place an unwrapped peanut butter cup 
into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
4.  Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full and
 bake for 18 minutes. 
5. Cool completely.  Top with frosting and 
sprinkles. 
1. In
 a mixing bowl beat the butter, fluff, vanilla, and salt until creamy. 
2. Slowly add the powdered sugar until completely mixed in.
